Sadie Kurzban, a native of Miami, created the 305 method to help bring the party of South Beach to the universe of fitness. Kurzban is certified by numerous fitness and health organizations including the American Heart Association (AHA),
the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and Mad Dogg Athletics.
